Installation

Stable release (option 1)

To install Cell Maps Coembedding, run this command in your terminal:

$ pip install cellmaps_coembedding

This is the preferred method to install cellmaps_coembedding, as it will always install the most recent stable release.

If you don’t have pip installed, this Python installation guide can guide you through the process.

It is recommended to use conda environment with python 3.8+.

From sources (option 2)

Alternatively, cellmaps_coembedding can be installed from sources, which is particularly useful for customization and development purposes. The sources for cellmaps_coembedding can be downloaded from the Github repo.

You can either clone the public repository:

$ git clone https://github.com/idekerlab/cellmaps_coembedding.git

Or download the tarball:

$ curl  -OL https://github.com/idekerlab/cellmaps_coembedding/tarball/master

Once you have a copy of the source, you can install it with:

$ python setup.py install
